Reji Puthenveetil, President
Prior to founding Group Newhouse, Reji was managing partner with ABA Consulting and spent 12 years specialized in helping clients identify strategic growth opportunities and developing innovative programs to realize profitable revenue growth. He specifically focuses on aligning marketing and sales resources for organizations with extensive field-marketing operations and complex distribution structures. His client experience includes Kia Motors, Snap-On Tools, Lennox Air Conditioning, American Red Cross, Unisys Corporation, R.H. Donnelley, and Lockheed Martin. Martin Armes, Senior Consultant
Before joining Group Newhouse, Martin spent nine years with the Greater Raleigh CVB, most recently as the director of marketing and communications. In that role, he worked across governmental, private, and non-profit sectors to integrate marketing, sales, public relations, and community initiatives. Martin possesses a unique blend of qualifications - he was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of North Carolina, has a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from the University of Georgia and was even the assistant golf coach at Georgia for a short time. Martin also spent nearly a decade working in media relations across a variety of organizations, resulting in millions of dollars of editorial exposure including major broadcast networks, newspapers, and magazines. martin@groupnewhouse.com


Craig Fitzgerald, Senior Consultant
Craig is a specialist in strategic and operational work with more than 25 years experience in national account and field sales management at the district, regional, and national levels. Craig’s experience includes serving as vice president of managed health care and government (Medicare and Medicaid) in the Commercial Division and vice president of applied genetics in the R&D Division of GlaxoWellcome. Tyler Tibbits, Senior Consultant
Tyler’s experience is in leading areas of management operations, product development, program management, and organizational oversight. He has been fortunate to work in these roles in several industries including software development, health care and pharmaceuticals, financial services, and oil & gas. Prior to his current position, Tyler co-founded and managed a software development company that created portfolio accounting database products for institutional investment managers. His experience there included the development and/or oversight of corporate operations, consulting services and client support, product development, accounting, sales and marketing, and investor relations.
